TourStack by Crowd collects information you provide when you create an account, submit an Expression of Interest, register as a promoter, workforce member, service provider, artist manager, vendor, financier, insurer, or other stakeholder, or communicate with our team. This may include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, city, company details, role, credentials, event history, venue information, portfolio links, payment or banking onboarding information, and documents you upload for verification.

We use your information to operate TourStack, process applications and EOIs, verify stakeholder credentials, match promoters and partners to tour opportunities, support CTaaS workforce certification, coordinate insurance and finance workflows, provide customer support, improve platform security, and send service updates. We do not sell your personal data.

We may share relevant information with trusted partners where needed to provide the service, including payment providers, banks, insurance partners, tour operators, verified promoters, service providers, compliance reviewers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and professional advisers. These parties are expected to handle information only for the purposes for which it was shared.

TourStack may use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure usage, and improve performance. Some features may not work correctly if these technologies are disabled.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the platform, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate business records.

Because TourStack supports cross-border live-event activity, your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect transferred information in line with applicable data protection requirements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also request a copy of information associated with your account or ask us to update inaccurate records.
